What do you actually do?
We’re a creative agency which means we ghostwrite, create content, designs, ads, copy & marketing strategies to grow your business and make sure that it’s memorable. We offer email campaigns, grow your email list and cold email people to show them you’re the solution to their problems.
How will my stuff be delivered?
We send everything straight to your inbox, if you want your media in a specific format you can tell us and we’ll deliver it to you.
How will I be involved?
We’ll need to get a sense of your style so we’ll probably have to talk to you and do our homework (for ghostwriting), you’ll be reviewing everything we create to make sure its up to your standards, and obviously making requests but apart from these your involvement is close to zero
How does the pause feature work?
If you pause it means we stop working, and your time cap stops. Once
you start you pay after 31 days, so if you use 15 days you’ll be left with
16.
Understand that once you pause everything stops, even the email campaigns
and content management.
How will you keep me up to date?
We’ll be sending weekly updates straight to your inbox, this will
include how many emails were launched, responses got, sales made, no. of requests,
satisfaction etc.
Reports start 7 days after the onboarding process.
Why can't I just hire individuals?
Hiring a full time designer, writer and marketer is costly but we cut down the costs. Plus sometimes they dont have any work to do and you end up paying them despite the fact that they aren’t working, but our pause feature negates that.
Is there a limit to my requests?
You have unlimited requests but the amount of requests you can have at
a time is limited (It depends on the plan),
For Writer you can only have 2 requests,
Designer 3, & Media 4 requests at a time.
Are there refunds ?
Nope, there aren’t any refunds due to the quantity and quality of our work. But if we haven't yet produced any work refunds are available.
How long does it take to see results?
After two months results will be visible (this is for the marketing services), as for our designs and content seeing results might be tricky since the number of followers doesn’t mean you make more money, either way you will see your business numbers improve.
Do I need this?
If you're someone with a hobby you don't want to get serious with, then you don't need us. But if you want to grow your brand and create immersive digital experiencces that get your customers hooked, then yes, you need this.
